We roast whole pigs weighing between 30kg (65lb) to 68kg (150lb) comfortably providing ample portions for 60 to 200 people respectively.

We are a small family run catering company based in Fareham, Hampshire.

We have been in the hog roasting business for sixteen years now, and know that the only way to achieve a beautiful, golden and succulent hog is to rotate it slowly over a low heat.

Our custom built machines are designed with this tastiness purely in mind. Ensuring that much of the juice lost in conventional cooking methods is locked inside the meat, making sure the meat you taste is as delicious as possible.

We cater for most events, parties, weddings and offer a variety of different services which can be mixed and matched to suit your needs perfectly.

We believe that if you are hiring us to feed you, you should have to do as little work as possible. We bring with us all the necessary equipment to make your event as hassle free as possible, leaving you to enjoy yourself.
