A wee September round up 💫🍁🧡⭐️🤍

It’s been a busy old month and another month closer to baby Barrett joining the team 💙

Funeral work has kept my heart full 🫶
Learning and freelancing with super talented florists with blooms that were stunning and ladies that are fabulous 💕
We celebrated the husbands birthday with a lovely meal, a family dinner and a comedy night ❤️
Lunch dates for pregnancy cravings, scans and baby shopping 💙🩵
Autumn wreath workshops Women in Business - Larbert, Falkirk that were super wholesome with a lovely bunch of ladies 🍁🧡
The studio was installed with the help of our handsome nephew Harris popping in the last nail 🥺 and AMR Garden Buildings 🪵 providing the goods 👌
We had a lovely day out with our handsome nephew Charlie at Callander park and Amelia being her bouji self keeping me company at my hospital appt 🩵💕
And to finish it all I got to see a highland cow too 😍

Get ready for a creative, fun and wonderfully spooky floral experience! 🎃✨
Join us for our Floral Pumpkin Workshop, where you’ll be guided by me (a experienced florist - some may say) 😂 to create your very own show-stopping pumpkin using a gorgeous selection of luxury fresh and dried floral stems, beautiful seasonal foliage and fabulous autumn textures. 💫🫶
Whether you’re a flower lover or simply looking for something a little different this Halloween, you’ll learn new techniques, get creative and take home a truly beautiful, luxurious floral pumpkin that will take your Halloween décor to the next level. 🧡🌿🍂

If you have a child who is 12 and above they are more than welcome to join you in the adult class (each would have to make a floral pumpkin) 🎃

As always we will have some tasty spooky snacks and great laughs in a relaxed creative environment with like minded people!! 🥰

It’s been a good old while since I have popped on the grid and lots has changed so here goes…

Hello folks, I am Liana, the florist behind Willow and Wisteria Flowers. I have had the business for almost 9 years and in that time I have had 2 shops, done weddings, funerals, deliveries, workshops, events, parties and anything in between but in Jan 25 I moved to working in my workshop doing wedding and funeral flowers only for a tad more of a balanced life ✨
However…..
In the last year I married my best friend and best human ever, Lewis (also the manual labourer of the business) 🙈 we moved house to Helensburgh and moved back to Falkirk within 4 months 😂 got 2 puppies - Miss Willow and Miss Poppy and our newest member to the family, our little boy, Baby Barrett is on route and due to arrive Jan 2027 🩵💙

Lots of changes over the past year all aiming to grow our little family and Willow and Wisteria was on the back burner for a while but with Baby Barrett on route and living back home in Falkirk we are getting back into our groove of flowering and prepping for little ones arrival!🫶

I felt a reintroduction was required as I feel like a different person coming back on the socials so hopefully this gives you all an idea of what’s been happening behind the scenes ❤️ and why I have been MIA 🙈

But I am back flowering and in my happy place.
My new workshop is getting delivered at the end of next month —— CANNOT WAIT!!! 🎉🎉🎉
Things are falling into place nicely, I have plenty workshops lined up Inc autumn, halloween and Christmas before I head off on maternity leave so keep your eyes peeled for dates and get yourselves booked in ASAP ☺️💕✨🫶💫

My maternity leave will begin mid December so plenty of time to get back in the groove before Baby Barrett makes his appearance 💙🩵

Starting strong with my favourite time of year I am super excited to invite you lovely people to our Autumn wreath workshops 🫶

We have 2 classes on this year at the amazing Women in Business - Larbert, Falkirk :

🍂 Thursday 17th September @ 6.30pm
OR
🍂 Sunday 27th September @ 1pm

You will create a fully handmade, unique, beautiful autumn wreath to take home to kickstart the autumn feels. You will be using stunning luxurious seasonal foliage (some scented), dried stems, and decorative stems, fruits, cones and accessories 🍁
As always all the materials are provided as well as some flowery knowledge, a good laugh and a wholesome afternoon/evening with like minded people! 🥰

The Details :

WHERE - The Suite, Larbert, FK5 3BQ
WHEN - Thursday 17th or Sunday 27th September
TIME - THURS 17th @ 6.30pm OR SUN 27th @ 1pm
COST - £65.00 per person

▪️Deposit of £25.00 on booking to secure spot (non-refundable) the remaining balance due on the night/day
