✨🍽️ BARN WEDDING MAGIC AT Harvest Moon Weddings 🍽️✨

What a day! 💍🥂

We had the absolute pleasure of catering this beautiful barn wedding at Harvest Moon Weddings — and what a stunning setting it was! 🌿✨

From the moment we arrived, it was all systems go behind the scenes. 🔥👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 What looked like a beautifully relaxed day for the guests involved a serious amount of prep, planning, chopping, cooking, plating and teamwork from our crew!

A packed day spent with amazing guests, plenty of noise, laughter and atmosphere — followed by some seriously late-night dancing! 💃🕺🎶

The food was a huge part of the celebration from the canapés to the main course then the evening food but while everyone else was enjoying themselves, our team were working hard behind the scenes to keep everything flowing 🚀

At the end of our shift the dance floor was rocking, and there was that wonderful feeling of “Yep… we absolutely nailed that!” 🙌❤️

Huge congratulations to the happy couple, and a massive thank you to all the wonderful guests and the team at Harvest Moon Weddings for making it such a memorable one.

Beautiful venue. Brilliant people. Amazing food. One VERY busy day. 🍾🔥

It’s been busy, it’s been hectic, it’s involved plenty of early starts, late finishes and a LOT of food prep… but honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way! ❤️

🚴‍♂️ What a fantastic Sunday! 🚴‍♂️

No 📸 unfortunately but we were delighted to cater for the British Cycling Men’s Final Stage guests on Sunday at their hospitality venue in Earlston.

It was a pleasure to be part of such a fantastic sporting event in the Scottish Borders and to provide our catering and hospitality services for everyone attending. 🥂🍽️

A huge thank you to everyone involved for making it such a successful day — we were extremely proud to be part of it!

🚨 ALLERGIES MATTER! 🚨

🌿 So let's talk allergies, because everyone deserves to enjoy great food! 🌿

This week at Celtic Catering, we had the challenge of catering for a whole range of dietary requirements — vegetarian, vegan, coeliac, gluten free, lactose intolerant, dairy free and Alpha-Gal Syndrome.

When it comes to allergies and intolerances, getting the details right is incredibly important. It’s not simply about leaving an ingredient out — it’s about understanding the requirements, carefully checking ingredients, preventing cross-contamination and making sure every guest can eat with confidence. ❤️

With so many different dietary needs to consider, it certainly kept us on our toes… but we still managed to pull it off! 🙌

Everyone deserves to sit down, enjoy their meal and feel included, and that’s exactly what we strive for at Celtic Catering.
