I guess take part in the worlds largest 1/2 marathon with a 800(ish) mile round trip!

What an absolutely amazing night we had on Friday for Victoria & Dan.

The brief was simple, the crowd were ready to party and the venue was just perfect so we partied hard until the early hours.

Big thank you also to the wonderful staff at The Lyme Bay Cafe - well worth a visit.

On Sunday 13th September I'm taking on the formidable challenge of The Great North Run and am raising funds in support of CALM.
The JustGiving page says it all but the shocking headline is that 'on average' 126 people lose their lives to su***de EVERY WEEK and around 80 of those are men under the age of 50.
I've been a big supporter of CALM over the years so it seems only fitting that i'm taking them with me on the biggest challenge yet.
If you've got this far then Thank You, a little further and perhaps pop a little in the pot to give that extra little bit of encouragement. I know times are tough for some, and there is fundraiser after fundraiser going around but I would truly appreciate any support in raising funds for such a worthwhile charity.
