Couples often wonder whether a hiring a Wedding Co-Ordinator is worth the cost – and our reviews show that YES, it is definitely worth it, but why? How can I help you?
1. Finalising your timeline
I’ll build up a detailed, minute-by-minute wedding day timeline that works for you, your vendors, your venue, and your priorities. Not just a basic list, but a real working plan that flows. I’ll make sure your glam team has enough time, your ceremony doesn’t feel rushed, and you don’t miss cocktail hour photos because something ran late. Your detailed timeline will be circulated to all of your vendors, to ensure that everyone is working to the same plan.
2. Co-ordinating vendors
I’ll reach out to every single vendor in advance of your wedding day to confirm arrival times, contact info, set up details and special instructions. This takes so much pressure off of you and your loves ones, as you’re not the go-to person anymore.
3. Catching the gaps
I’ll get to know all the details of your day in order to bring your vision to life. I’ll comb through your plans in advance of your special day to make sure you didn’t miss anything, catching the little details that would’ve blindsided you later.
4. Managing your wedding day
A Day-Of Coordinator:
✨ Oversees setup and styling
⏰ Makes sure vendors show up and know where to go
🆘 Handles any last-minute emergencies, discreetly
💒 Guides the ceremony flow and cues everyone
🎵 Co-ordinates your music choices throughout the day

📝 Manages the timeline from start to finish
🚩 Troubleshoots problems before you even know they exist
So, while you’re sipping champagne and dancing, I’ll be behind the scenes fixing, directing, and making sure your day is what you envisioned.
