It’s a blurred photo but I love it. Suppliers pulling together to overcome any issues is crucial to making the day go smoothly for our couples (and each other) We all go in knowing the importance of this and so we value each others contribution to the day and help each other out; and have fun whilst we’re about it. This was a celebrant first for me. I usually arrive in trainers and change into my ‘wedding’ shoes when the guests start arriving. As this wedding was for friends and I was getting the bride ready for her debut, I swanned around in my slippers in the morning, a naughty gift for Christmas from my partner in crime from . When it was showtime, I reached for the these gorgeous shoes with swallows from . As I was staying til the end for this gig, the shoes had to change and out came the ever faithful .vrse 👣

A wedding for my friends ❤️
Well this was fun, a wedding on a listed floor (wooden cobbles) beneath the pinwheel (windmill) from Dismaland, donated to the museum by (there’s a fascinating story behind its delivery 👀) I spent a year fangirling about that.
Anyway, Steph & Nicks wedding theme was Kath Kidson meets the 50s meets Bridgerton for high tea - fabulous; I half expected the Mad Hatter to run into the room! Another highlight for me, as well as conducting this ceremony for my friends, was using one of beautiful cords for their handfasting, in which they created an infinity knot ♾️ a really lovely moment in which their union was blessed by the elements.
