Our Parish Council have spoken to Ringway, who spoke to Highways, who spoke to ...

Anyway, long story short, ignore the signage, Radford Road will NOT be closed on Saturday 28th June, Pig Roast Day. We'll be carrying on as normal.

This Thursday and next Thursday, 7 - 8.30pm.

The village hall will be open for your much needed donations for the book stall and prizes for both the Adults' and Children's tombolas. If you can help we'd be very grateful. If on Pig Roast evening you could spare an hour or so to help on the tombola stall, we'd be even more grateful, just messsge us.

It's nearly Pig Roast time which means we are busy collecting books and tombola prizes. If you can donate any, we'd be very grateful and someone will be in the Village Hall 7.30-8.30pm on the following Thursdays: 5th, 19th and 26th. Thank you.

What a busy and fun week it was in our village hall last week. Friday saw Pyers and Janey running the last of our winter pub nights, topping it off with some fabulous South African food, big thank you to them and to all our hosts this year. Then Saturday was the Easter supper and thanks to Anita, Anita and Fran we had a second night of not having to cook. There was a mini quiz or two, some games and the hall was decorated for the occasion.
