Following a very enjoyable Harvest Supper in the Village Hall last weekend. Sunday sees the Harvest Festival service at 11am in St Peter's.

Pub Night tonight from 7.30pm. The fire will be lit and the hall has even been decorated for a Harvest Supper tomorrow.

Just one more night before the first pub night of the season at the village hall, starting 7.30pm. Come along, warm up by the fire and make some new friends.

You may already have noticed the evenings creeping in which means our lovely village pub nights are due to start up again in just a few weeks.

Although pub Nights usually start at 7.30pm , this season we are trying something a little different at the request of some young families, we have a few dates that will start at 6.30pm. I am hoping very much that we can encourage our newbies to share child care and running a pub night but for some that might not be feasible for a whole evening so we may run two shifts.

Having recently been to Village Hall pub night elsewhere, I discovered they run their rota via a WhatsApp group. If you'd be willing to do this, can you let me know which number to use for you and I'll set one up.

The dates we require bar volunteers for are:

26th September 7.30
10th October 7.30
24th October 6.30 child friendly start
7th November 7.30
21st November 6.30 Child friendly start
5th December 7.30 start
