Ready, steady, gooooo! And the prep begins! Starting with some standard to marinade and flavour up pur menu for our bank holiday Monday popup May Fair. We'll be serving up some Ginger Mango Grilled Chicken, Lemongrass Beef, Creamy flavoursome Coconut Channa, Pulled Tamarind BBQ Pork Guava wings and Roast Corn with Nutmeg Butter and Toasted Coconut! Its all about that Spice Isle flavour! Yeah man!

Allyuh ready?!! Well, it's been some time, but we're back! After a extended time away from the pots, rice and gazebos we're ready to get back pon de road, and feed you all things nice with a bit of Spice!

Starting off back where it all began for , we'll be down today where we'll be sizzling up some Spice Isle burgers and fries.

We'll be there after the annual fantastic 's Sardine Festival 2025 where you join the parade down to the river, then back to the crescent to munch on the special catch. No kidding...! 🎣😍

Can't wait to get the burners on and get serving! Will be back here with our upcoming dates and venues. Yeah man!!! 🇬🇩

We are totally stoked to be nominated, and now finalists in the Best Caterer Category at the UK Caribbean Food Awards 2024!!! Wow, I mean after winning Best Caribbean Streetfood last year, we didn't forsee our little sidestep into the private catering world being this amazing vortex of wonderful people, events and experiences! To be able to say we've set up our little gazebo up at weddings, parties, work and social events, did our thing and are now being recognised for it; such a blessing.

Thank you to all the amazing lovely folks who entrusted us with feeding you and your guests, believed in what we do, allowed us to be part of your special occassions and then nominated us!!! There have been some very memorable times had 🙏🏾💚. It hasn't been easy but wouldn't change a single moment. We are so grateful we get to represent Grenadian flavours, food and spirit with what we do, and looking forward to celebrating whichever way it goes tomorrow night!!! 🤞🏽💚. Yeah man! 🇬🇩

Hello! Been a lil quiet on the old social front lately! We've been rather busy with private catering jobs the last few months and feel incredibly blessed getting to do these events.

However... tomorrow we'll be back under our gazebo and setting up the HHK kitchen at !!! This is our 2nd year at this fab display and alongside the whizz and bangs, we'll be serving up our menu of Firecracker Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam wings, Crackling Caribbean Roti Wraps, and Sparkling Split Pea Soup! Sun is out and so is the Happy Hill Kitchen. This weekend we'll be at:

📍Sat 20th July - Leigh Flower Show & Fair RH2 8NP 12pm – 5pm

📍Sun 21st July – 11am-3pm

We'll have Curry Mutton, Mango Chicken and Dhal (vg) rice bowls as well as Tamarind Pulled Pork, Butter Milk Fried Chicken and Spinach and Sweet Potato Tacos (vg).

Very excited to be bringing the Happy Hill Kitchen to our home town of Claygate for the this Saturday 13th July from 1.30pm. Come join all the fun on the Claygate Recreation Ground KT10 0JP.

We'll then be back the following evening to bring our food to the fabulous Gig on the Rec, headlined this year by the Abba Reunion Tribute Show.

We're serving up anew edition to the menu today at the today: sweet potato, pumpkin and spinach fritters in a roti wrap with a jalapeno, coriander and coconut sauce. 🌯😋
