After over a year I'm starting back with my first sourdough demo next weekend. Can't wait to see you and also to share with yo all the tips on how to make this lovely bread. We'll be enjoying the bread with local cheese and salads with a sourdough bake and coffee to start the morning.
I am also fully booked with food orders for this week but if you'd like to order anything for w/c 24th May get in touch.

More classes will be available from September onwards. Both demos and full days courses will be on offer depending on if you want to watch me make the sourdough or make it yourself!

Just finished making my historical recipe and chatting to Lesley McCabe over on BBC Radio Surrey as part of today’s celebrations. Thanks to Local Food Britain and Visit Surrey for letting me take part again this year. Here is the result of following the “Bowe Mange” recipe discovered at . Cookery Classes now available!
I have added some dates over the next few months for two hour cookery lessons focussing on some of my most popular Zoom classes. If you would like to give a class as a gift then I can create a voucher for you.
You will be cooking several recipes per lesson and will take home all the food you make to enjoy at home.
There will be home made cake and coffee on arrival and a glass of wine at the end to accompany the recipes made by me for you to try.

It's been a long time since I have posted here due to the lack of supper clubs over the past year.
A little update for those of you who don't know what I've been up to:
I am cooking but it's based on At Home Dining food delivery service.
As well as this, I am now offering bespoke birthday and celebration cakes and am really enjoying it!
My sourdough classes are slowly coming back and I'll be adding more cookery classes to the calendar from the summer onwards.
For now I am holding my supperclub for private regular customers and I will be adding in more dates after the summer holidays.
I will also be posting regularly over on my other page - How to cook good food - so if you don't see my posting anything here, try there or follow me on Instagram as that's where I post things first

My Supper Club Story

I started The Epsom Supper Club in 2015 from the kitchen of my friend/neighbour’s house as an experiment for both of us. The idea was to try and fill a gap in the local market for a monthly changing social supper for locals who were looking for something of an individual dining experience.

The supper club went from strength to strength, the in 2017, I moved the venue to my own dining room when my friend went back to full time work. The suppers became more and more popular so I took the plunge in 2018 and had the kitchen and dining room refurbished in order to create a better dinig experience as well as a kitchen that was re-designed to hold cookery classes. The monthly events have a set menu inspired by an inspirational cook book or chef, often referencing a specific region of food as well as seasonal flavours and ingredients. The Epsom supper club is held at my home for up to 18 guests. I am now also holding monthly sourdough demos, pop-up bake clubs and private cookery classes for up to 8 people.
