OK.... Posted about this role a few months ago but the candidate didn't work out so we have decided to go in a new direction and recruit a new Wedding & Events Coordinator, experience preferred BUT NOT ESSENTIAL....As there will be on job training. However there are a few requirements that need to be met: have to be extremely well organised, Very pro-active and outgoing and passionate about events and weddings, planning over 100 wedding this year alongside other events, working alongside a very outgoing and passionate team. We can teach you the in's and out's of the role but without the basic PC skills, very good organisation and the passion to deliver the very best experience's you will not work out in the role!!! itsa full time role, based on 5 days a week. email your CV with a covering letter explaining why you would be perfect for the role to [email protected]

The Christmas season as chef is always a really difficult one, crazy 15hr days, 6 day weeks and this year was no exception, over 3000 came to taste "the Inked Chef" Christmas menu and i was blown away by the response, It all comes to an end tonight with a spectacular New Years Eve Feast, i will try to remember to take some photos. Huge thank you to everyone that came to share there Christmas ever me and my team but 2016 was just the warm up, i have huge things planned for 2017 so watch this space. Happy New Year to you all. 16hr straight shift yesterday followed by 4hrs kip then back in for 7am breakfast this morning..... absolutely dead on my feet, but the feedback and messages i have got from last nights tasting has made it all worth it!!! thank you so much to all that came.###
