Went on a little scouting mission to in Epping. I’ll be officiating at a wedding there this summer and wanted to take a look. It’s absolutely stunning! A sophisticated venue set in a gorgeous pastoral location! I’m so excited to celebrate this wedding in such a lovely place with an amazing couple!

I’m a bit obsessed with the new sheet cake wedding trend. Well, they are more like a long table cake, but anyway, they’re lovely. So this is my little tribute to the trend. I’m no professional but I made this for my mother-in-law’s birthday and I was pretty happy with it! I was inspired by and their flower theme! Tasted pretty good too!

Tomorrow is our 9th Wedding Anniversary and I still feel like the luckiest person in the world to have found my best person! We had an amazing wedding in the Cotswolds with family and friends joining us from all over the world. The joyful weekend was where we will be celebrating this weekend with a spa weekend away! We had a humanist ceremony, something I had never heard of until then. It was lovely and one of the things that motivated me to become a celebrant myself. I have to say did a fantastic job organising the whole weekend.
