The Get up and Go programme is looking at bringing evening, physical activity sessions to Hayling island, and we would love to hear from you!

Whether you are still active and well, or just noticing a shift in how you feel, investing more in your health now can shape your next 10 years and beyond. Join us for a day of fun activities focusing on the positive lifestyle changes you can make to give you the best opportunity of staying independent in later life!

We will be joined by lots of different organisations and charities from across Havant, who will be offering a variety of services including; FREE health checks, FREE taster sessions, travel and volunteer advice, mental health support and much more!

We will be offering 4x FREE 45-minute taster sessions and 30-minute Functional fitness MOT test sessions.
