We're Hiring! Children's Party Host & Entertainer

PomPom Kids Parties is growing, and I'm looking for a fantastic Children's Party Host & Entertainer to become the very first person to join me on this exciting journey.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with me, receive personalised training and support, and help bring magical celebrations to families across the region. If you're passionate about performing, working with children and making people smile, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Receive
I want you to feel confident, supported and genuinely excited about every party you host. That's why I'll provide everything you need to get started, including:
• Full one-to-one training
• A paid training day
• A paid trial party, where we'll work together before you're ready to take bookings independently
• All equipment supplied
• Ongoing one-to-one mentoring and support
• A fun, friendly and encouraging working environment
You'll begin by shadowing me at parties, gradually taking on more of the show until you're confident enough to host parties on your own. I'll never rush the process—I want you to feel completely comfortable delivering the incredible party experience PomPom Kids Parties is known for.
What You'll Be Doing
Our parties are mainly for children aged 3–8 years, so you'll need plenty of enthusiasm, confidence and energy!
You'll be:
• Leading exciting party games
• Performing a hilarious comedy magic show
• Bringing puppet characters to life
• Becoming an awesome party DJ
• Creating magical memories for children and their families
You'll initially learn our 2-Hour Birthday Spectacular Show, with opportunities to train in additional shows as the business continues to grow, giving you the chance to increase your bookings and earnings.
The Role
This is predominantly weekend work, so you'll need to be available for most weekends.
Because you'll be transporting party equipment to each event, you'll also need:
• A full UK driving licence
• Your own reliable vehicle
I offer great rates of pay, with opportunities for increased fees and performance bonuses as you gain experience and take on more bookings.
Who I'm Looking For
This role would particularly suit someone with experience in performing, teaching, childcare, youth work or another people-focused role. Previous experience is an advantage but certainly isn't essential—I'm just as interested in your personality, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Above all else, I'm looking for someone who genuinely loves working with children and is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for every family.
