If you are already dreaming of long summer evenings, campfires under the stars and a few days away from the hustle and bustle, now is the time to start planning your next escape to Hatters Meadows!

Our 2027 calendar is officially open 🥳 and we can’t wait to welcome familiar faces and new visitors to our little corner of the Cambridgeshire countryside.

Here at Hatters Meadows, we believe glamping and camping should be about slowing down, enjoying the outdoors and having the space to truly relax. From cosy glamping getaways to nights spent sleeping under canvas, we have something for everyone.

Our cosy countryside hideaway, complete with its own kitchenette and ensuite. Perfect for a romantic weekend away or a peaceful family getaway.

🏕️ Timber Glamping Tents
Enjoy the magic of sleeping under canvas with a few extra home comforts. The perfect blend of rustic charm and countryside tranquillity.

🛖 The Camping Bothy
Love the idea of camping but not the tent-pitching part? Our Camping Bothy offers a cosy, simple way to enjoy the outdoors, with less packing and more time to relax.

🌳 Wild Camping & Touring Pitches
Spacious, private pitches with fire pits, beautiful sunsets and views towards Ely Cathedral. Electric hook-up options are also available for tents, caravans and motorhomes.

📍 Just 2.5 miles from Ely, surrounded by beautiful countryside, riverside walks and plenty of space to unwind.

Something lovely happening locally next weekend! 🍂🍎

📍Ely’s Autumn & Orchard Fayre is back on 10th & 11th October, from 10am–4pm at Palace and Cross Green.

There will be food, drink and craft stalls, plenty of seasonal goodies, orchard-themed competitions and lots going on for the whole family - all with beautiful Ely Cathedral as the backdrop. And even better, entry is FREE!

We think it’s a great excuse to book your next Hatters Meadows visit and get out and enjoy a proper autumnal day in Ely 🍏🍁🎃

Ely Cathedral has just been included in The Telegraph’s list of 20 buildings you must visit in your lifetime, alongside some of the world’s most extraordinary landmarks.

The Cathedral has watched over the Fens for centuries and its incredible Octagon is singled out in the list as being unlike anything else of its kind!

And the best bit for our guests? Ely Cathedral is walkable from Hatters Meadows 🥾😊

So you can leave the car at your pitch, head into Ely for a wander around the Cathedral and the city of Ely, then make your way back to the Meadows for a quiet evening and a campfire 🔥
