TouchPoint Active has a full timetable of sessions with something to suit everyone. All sessions are free: our “give what you can” system enables those who wish to donate to do so. The PHAB programme aims to support projects that allow everyone in Essex to live a healthy life and achieve their full potential. Together we are providing healthy lifestyle choices for our community.

Defibrillator and Emergency First Aid Training.

Unless more people commit to attend these sessions, we will have to cancel. This would be a great disappointment and a missed opportunity to have potentially life saving training in Elsenham!
