After the sudden loss of my husband on Friday I will no longer be taking balloon orders for the time being and any orders that have been placed I will be cancelling so I will be going through my diary today and contacting anyone who has balloons booked in. I’m so sorry but I need time to spend with my little family so we can find a way to get through this. Thankyou for understanding xx

With it being the summer holidays I will be taking a week off in August for some very much needed family time. From sat 14th August I will be closed and will reopen again from Tuesday 24th August. Xx

Just a quick message. If you have ordered balloons and you decide that you no longer need them can you please send me a message rather than ignore mine. I understand that things happen, plans change and I don’t bite! I have ordered balloons in for today and I have been ignored which has now left me out of pocket and I now have 2 balloons which I don’t need. This is really frustrating for us small businesses as we don’t make a lot of money and we’re now having to cover the costs out of our own pocket. I now have no option but to make sure that deposits are taken at the time of booking via bank transfer to secure your date. Thankyou xx

Hi I have had a few cancellations this week after Iv ordered balloons to make them. so going forward I will be taking a £10 non refundable deposit to secure your date. This covers the cost of balloons and also guarantees your date is booked in. Remaining balance can be paid either the day before or on the day by cash or bank transfer. Thanks for your understanding!
