When Amy and Sarah got to cook and look after Monica Galletti who is now ambassador for Scottish seafood! Adam, Natasha and the rest of the crew from seafood from scotland. We are very passionate about only using very local suppliers so being able to talk to Monica about the struggles and joys of being able to get local fish was important to us all. We only use the freshest line caught/ hand dived/ creel caught Scottish fish at stocks events no matter how large or small your event may be.
