WE ARE HIRING -

We are a family firm, based in Elgin. Our business supplies marquees and equipment for weddings, shows and events throughout the North of Scotland.

We are looking for an honest, hardworking person who will enjoy working outdoors as part of a busy team and who interacts well with others. Reliability and a good work ethic is of utmost importance.

This role will involve travelling with the team to various locations around the North of Scotland setting up marquees for events. There is also an element of yard based work carrying out maintenance and loading equipment.

Please be aware that the nature of this role can be physically demanding and does involve lifting.

Experience would be a bonus, but not necessary as full training will be given. We are looking for a driver, ideally someone who can tow a trailer, (licence category B+E).

Essential to the post -
Reliability
Good Attitude to work in a team and take instruction
Physical Fitness
Driving Licence with trailer towing (B+E)

Desirable -
HGV licence (C+E)

Competitive Rates of Pay / Holiday Pay Entitlement and access to company pension scheme is offered.

Availability for an immediate start, this is a full time position offering a minimum of 37.5 hrs/week. At peak times in the season you may be asked to work additional hours and you will be required to work weekends/unsociable hours.

The role will run through to the middle of October. There will be a probationary period.

There is the opportunity for the right applicant to be offered a longer term / full year, full time contract.

Last month we were back up in Dunnet, setting up the marquees for Scotland's most Northerly Music Festival - Tunes By The Dunes . Having attended this event ourselves, we can confirm it's an absolutely brilliant weekend. Check out their page and keep an eye out for the 2025 line up!.
