One of only two Portgordon dates this month, so good chance to catch the harbour pop up if you’ve been waiting for it.

I'm returning week serving pizzas at the regular spots across Moray again.

Careful mixing develops the gluten structure while controlling dough temperature.

Too warm, too cold or underworked -
and the dough reacts differently later on.
Small changes here affect every stage that follows🫡

🙏Thank you for the continuous support over the last run of pop-ups, pre-orders and visits to the trailer. It genuinely means a lot seeing people coming back week after week.

Pizza will be back from early June
and I am already looking forward to getting back out across Moray again.
