The 'Welcome Fayre' is a perfect opportunity for local businesses and organisations to showcase the resource they have available to our new intake of students.

An update on Pride in Moray 2025 🌈

We know it's been a little quiet on our end, and we want to take a moment to thank you for your patience and update you on what’s been happening behind the scenes.

Earlier this year, we announced the date for Pride in Moray 2025, but since then, our Board of Trustees stepped down, leaving uncertainty about the future of our event. However, a new Board has stepped in, determined to bring Pride back for our community!

As a small team, it has taken us some time to find our feet and figure out the plans for Pride in Moray 2025. Funding challenges mean that this year’s Pride will look a little different. Simply put, we do not have the funds to host our usual parade.

Instead, we are going ahead with an exciting Pride Village event at UHI Moray in Elgin on Saturday 9th August!

Open from 12pm - 4pm, this event will be a market/festival style event filled with local charities, LGBTQ+ creators, food and drink vendors, entertainment, and more. There will be something for everyone, with a focus on activities and entertainment from our colourful Moray community!

We know the parade has been a beloved part of Pride in Moray, and this change is disappointing. However, we remain determined to make Pride in Moray 2025 a joyful and impactful event. Your support means the world to us!
