Not had much time for flower arranging for fun the past couple of weeks but today I chucked some of my velvety favourites in a vase and they looked so good against the blue ❤️‍🔥

Many things were destroyed by Mondays storm, but it’s okay - I’m just going to remove the damaged things and plant some phacelia on their place to help improve the soil for next year 🌱

An update for those who follow me on facebook but not Instagram! Having recently completed training in sustainable floristry, I will now be taking bookings for wedding and event flowers, which will all be designed using British flowers and sustainable floristry techniques 🥰

Imported flowers have a huge carbon footprint, are full of unregulated chemicals and incredibly unsustainable. I will be working with flowers grown in my own flower field or grown by other local growers.

Please get in touch if you are interesting in chatting about an upcoming event or wedding and are looking for a more sustainable floristry option.
