Boasting two floors of gorgeous wedding gowns and accessories, Emma Roy is home to Edinburgh's largest collection of Maggie Sottero, Sottero and Midgley and Rebecca Ingram gowns as well as stunning designs by Blue by Enzoani, Ronald Joyce, Badgley Mischka and Freda Bennett. Armed with experience in spades, abundant knowledge and a true passion for bridal, our stylists ensure that you'll have a fantastic and special experience in our boutique no matter what your ideal spend, dress size or style.

📣 Alterations Diary Update for Our Spring & Early-Summer Brides ✨

To our wonderful brides with weddings between April and July, our seamstresses’ diary will officially open on Thursday 27th November at 10am.

You don’t need to wait for your gown to arrive before booking— in fact, we recommend securing your fittings as early as possible. We normally arrange four appointments over the two months leading up to your wedding, with availability Tuesday–Friday, 10am–3pm.

This year, our diary will be filling faster than usual due to the recent retirement of one of our beloved seamstresses. 💗 Because of this, appointments will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

If we’re unable to accommodate your fittings, please don’t worry — we’re more than happy to recommend a trusted, highly skilled seamstress with greater availability, or you’re welcome to source your own if you prefer. Just let us know so we can update your account.

Emma Roy has been a family run business since 1986 and each of our brides is warmly welcomed into the fold. As a large team of professional stylists and seamstresses, we endeavour to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere where every bride is a VIP and her experience with us is the most important. For appointments please contact us on 0131 557 2875. Seamstress appointments are available weekdays only.

We are Scotland’s largest Maggie Sottero stockist and also carry the labels of Sottero and Midgley, Rebecca Ingram, Mori lee, Ronald Joyce, Enzoani and many more. To find out if we stock a specific designer please call in store today.
