We were onsite at the Hi-Land Fling last month, managing sound at Lost Shore’s International Surf competition. The two-day affair saw 20 of the world's best surfers perform in a thrilling surf showcase.

Attendees were able to hear all the action thanks to Robbie’s hard work in getting the audio up and running for the event, which went off without a hitch.

“What is your vision of a better future?”

In short: technical to the core, with the right people at the heart of everything we do.

We’re delighted to announce not one, but two staff updates for the bank holiday weekend.

Since joining us in 2022, Murray (on the left) has consistently shown the ability to turn a hand to any technical discipline, while demonstrating strong Visionary leadership qualities. As a result, Murray will now assume the role of Senior AV Technician.

And on the right is Jack. After departing last year to explore other areas of the industry, we’re delighted to welcome Jack back to the family, also as a Senior AV Technician.

As the song goes… “21st Century yesterday.” Making sure we have the best people in the right roles, right now, is what matters most to us.

With people like Murray and Jack coming through the ranks, the future is looking pretty awesome!

How is it mid-May already?

From Liverpool to Nairobi; from seminars to surf competitions; from familiar pastures to entirely new venues — the last few months have flown by in the blink of an eye. Yet while time has moved fast, our Vision remains as clear as ever.

From young man to Managing Director… Iain has put in quite the shift with Vision.

Having worked through the ranks since starting out in our production team, Iain now wears many hats. Alongside his primary role as Managing Director and part owner, Iain has oversight across operations, technology, and virtually every aspect of how we deliver Vision to our customers.

Today marks Iain’s 20-year work anniversary.

If ever proof was needed that we invest everything we can in our people, Iain is the living embodiment of all things Vision!
