Highlights from Kirsty and Andrew’s sun-soaked wedding last weekend in Stranraer.

Such a beautiful day, and I loved getting to work in a part of the country I don’t usually travel to much.

From the stunning Ardwell Church, the guys getting ready in the family restaurant, and Kirsty watching the vows Andrew had secretly recorded for her that morning — there were so many special moments throughout the day.

We made a trip to Glenwhan Gardens after the ceremony, then headed back for an unforgettable evening featuring an ABBA tribute act, and awesome custom made love heart frame, the biggest dance floor I’ve ever seen (an actual defrosted ice rink), and what felt like an army of Colin the Caterpillar cakes. 🤌

Morning started with a full Unwritten “singalong” and it didn’t really slow down from there.

The Wedding party + the guests fully understood the assignment — all in, all day.

Olivia & David at Ballintaggart Farm last week 🤍

First time shooting here and honestly… what a place.
Quiet, tucked away, and perfectly suited to a more calm kind of wedding day.

Surrounded by their closest people, everything felt intentional — no excess, no rush, just a beautiful wedding day in the Scottish Highlands.

Ballintaggart is styled so well — every detail felt purposeful, and the hanging floral installation was unreal.

Proper centrepiece for the room and just tied everything together.

And a special shout out to Amy from the venue who was running the day perfectly from start to finish. Even helped me find my lost jacket 🤪

This is exactly how it should feel.

I love this photo so much.

Becky & Joel’s full country & western day at Rossie on the Earn last weekend — boots, hats, the lot… and it worked with the venue perfectly.

Such a fun vibe to the whole day and even when the weather turned a bit, there was no hesitation. Straight outside, no complaints, just getting on with it.

First time working with Adamantia from adamantiaweddings as well, who was second shooting — and she absolutely smashed it. Always nice when everything just clicks.

Pretty solid way to spend a Saturday… even if it was right in the middle of a spring storm.

Thursday throwback to Emily’s morning at Broxmouth Courtyard. What a Blast! 

A few drinks, a lot of laughs, and that slightly chaotic energy that somehow always works.

Nothing forced, nothing overdone — just everyone properly enjoying it before the pace picks up.

Always one of my favourite parts of the day to photograph.
