Royal Highland Show 2019– Rural Centre Security, Parking & Restrictions
All Rural Centre staff should be aware of the following points during the lead up period and break down of the Royal Highland Show:
The A8 (duel carriageway) junction with Hallyards Road entrance will have access restrictions during the period 17th – 26th June. If driving please approach the junction with care.
You will shortly be issued and access pass by you office administrator. This is to allow you access to Hallyards Road & Rural Centre during the Highland Show.
From the 20th – 23rd June and for safety reasons there will be a security person controlling traffic on the junction A8/Hallyards Road.
It is important that you have your Hallyards Road access pass displayed before you arrive at the junction Failure to do this will result in security refusing you access to the Rural Centre.
All tenants should advise visitors to do the same.
During the same period there will be a security person on duty at the entrance to the caravan/camping field opposite gate 13.
Security is there to guide traffic either into the field or to the Rural Centre please drive carefully as there will be a lot of pedestrians around these areas.
Access passes and SARDC parking permits should remain displayed at all times whilst using the Rural Centre parking.
All tenants should advise all visitors to do the same.
