✨ As the festive season draws upon us, we wanted to share a little gift with you all. ✨
Back in August, we commissioned the super-talented EdinburghSketcher to capture our 20th anniversary, and we’re thrilled to now have these gorgeous illustrations of all our Fringe homes over the past two decades.
As this year comes to a close, we just want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has been part of the last 20 years — artists, audiences, staff, neighbours and friends.

Another trip home for Team Green, after a successful few days restoring our venues to their former ways. Congratulations to Greenside’s very own Sadie, who has won the Derek Award for ‘Best Staff Member’ 🤩! A well deserved win - if you know Sadie, you know that she’s consistently so positive, helpful, and always has a smile on her face. We couldn’t be prouder, especially as this is the second year in a row one of our team has won the award 🥇.

💚 WEEK THREE EVENTS AT GREENSIDE 💚

It’s hard to believe that we’re nearing the final week of EdFringe ‘25 (we’re not crying… you are), but FEAR NOT! We still have some absolutely epic events for you…

🍻 FIFTY SHADES GREENER: THE GREENSIDE AFTER DARK QUIZ, AGAIN!: We’re back with another ridiculously silly quiz, featuring bonkers questions, and challenges (yes, we will be doing the poems again - if you know, you know). Join us in the Cabaret Bar at 8:30 on Tuesday, in teams of max. three, prizes to be revealed 👀.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 CEILIDH: After last year’s success, we’re hosting another Ceilidh! Come and bust some very Scottish moves, in some very Scottish attire, from 8pm in the Cabaret Bar on Thursday.

🪩 END OF WEEK THREE PARTY: The most bittersweet of events - our wrap party 🎉 Join us to see off Greenside at the Fringe in the best way possible: booze and boogie-ing all night long in George Street!

🍻 FIFTY SHADES OF GREEN - THE GREENSIDE AFTER DARK QUIZ: We’re back with another weekly pub quiz, except this time you can expect some absolutely bonkers rounds, and the craziest of questions! Join us tomorrow at 8:30pm in the Cabaret Bar, in teams of 3, for a chance to win a Greenside goody bag and more 🤩.

💁‍♀️ FEMFRINGE SHOWCASE: are hosting another fabulous showcase on Thursday, in Lime Studio at 4pm. Come along to watch some of the hottest women and non-binary led acts of the Fringe!

🎶 MUSICAL THEATRE KARAOKE: Our annual Musical Theatre Karaoke returns! You can sing your heart out in the Cabaret Bar at 8pm on Thursday, dressed in your best musical-themed attire if you fancy.

🪩 END OF WEEK TWO PARTY: Dance the night away as we say farewell to lots of our companies, and hello to the new ones! The party starts at 8pm, but we’ll be dancing all night 🕺🏻

These events are open to all, not just those performing with us - why not bring a mate or two??

🍻 PUB QUIZ: Every Tuesday we will be hosting Greenside’s very own PUB QUIZ in the Cabaret Bar! Be there at 7:30 with pens at the ready…

💁‍♀️ FEMFRINGE SHOWCASE: Bringing you a selection of incredible women and non-binary led shows, curated by the wonderful . Mingling in the bar afterwards is encouraged!

🦒 GROOVY ‘G’ PARTY: That’s right - it’s the return of our infamous letter G themed party! Come join us from 8pm in the Cabaret Bar, dressed as something that begins with G, for a dance and an Open Mic, too.

🎂 GREENSIDE’S 20TH BIRTHDAY GALA: On Saturday we celebrate our 20th Birthday, with a special showcase at 4pm, followed by one of our ICONIC Saturday night parties!

We cannot WAIT to party with you all 💚.
