A special wedding party for with family ties to the venue. ⁠

AND a few familiar faces for me to photograph as Lucy was a regular dance pal at all the gigs and indie nights at Cabaret Voltaire back in the day when I booked the gigs and had Thursday nights there. So lovely to catch her crew in fine spirits again.⁠ Time flies...⁠

This venue is a banger and they've done so much since I was last there a couple of summers ago - the arcade, a pond for swimming off the hangovers, BBQs, a whole new building for dinner and all sorts. Amazing to see. The rose garden ceremony spot is just so beautiful and I'm obsessed with the peacocks floating about. Couples - bring me with you when you book this beauty cos I love working here. ⁠

New moon, new me...⁠

The last wee while a lot has been shifting with my work, with the creative directions I want to embrace and with the needs of my wee family at home.⁠
⁠
I've been working hard to find a more aligned way of bringing everything together. Thanks to and divine timings as this run of brand camp is really the guide that I needed to get things moving in the right direction, including embracing the alchemy of analogue film in more of my work. ⁠
⁠
For now, there's a little logo change and a bunch of website updates expressing all the shifts and everything is slowly starting to feel like it makes more sense for me. ⁠

If you are sober curious, give it a bash. The first wee while can be a bit wild as lots of stuff you’ve numbed out surfaces but you figure it out. There’s plenty folks to dance with who won’t judge your choices or reasons.

If someone you know is trying to quit the sauce, just get them a Diet Coke and don’t be a dick about it.

Rebecca and Jimmy married a couple of weeks ago in Starbank Park. A gorgeous tiny wedding with their nearest and dearest.⁠

Neither of these wise souls are on instagram but they said I could share some images. I loved this wee day, I always love working with couples who do things their own way and who make their ceremony day something unique and personal.⁠

Some images from art projects on the beach. I love living here in the summer (aside from the drunk radgeworks fighting). The wide horizon and amazing glittering light on early morning walks and taking a run into the sea on one of those calm evenings along at the quiet end of the beach as golden hour comes are the best.⁠
⁠
There's a few art projects I've made on the website with images made on the beach, collage work inspired by imagined shorelines and cyanotypes processed with the sun and sea. These sit alongside some theatre of the absurd inspired self portraits and the like...⁠
