Starting week commencing Monday 6th October, our new term is packed full of fun, laughter, and seasonal magic for you and your little one.

Our Story

I am a Certified Infant Massage Instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) and a qualified Birthlight Baby Yoga Instructor. I provide small group (maximum 10 parents/carers and babies) and one-to-one infant massage, infant yoga and infant sign classes for parents and babies aged between 0-18 months. I also provide small group (maximum 6 parents/carers) and one-to-one massage classes for parents and children aged between 0-7 years who have additional support needs. Infant massage has many benefits and can help: • reduce stress levels and help you and your baby to relax • improve sleep patterns • relieve colic, wind and constipation • develop baby’s language and communication • stimulate muscle tone and growth Baby Yoga perfectly compliments baby massage and expands the benefits of touch with those of movement and relaxation.

I have recently started running ‘Pop Up and Play’ events in Edinburgh and the surrounding area for babies and children aged 0-5 years. I can provide a huge range of toys, equipment and activities at these events and I am available for parties, weddings and any other event.

About me: I launched my business 'From Acorn to Oak With Love’ in 2018 to provide infant massage classes. I then added Baby Yoga and Baby Sign classes. I am also a qualified and experienced Primary School Teacher with over 15 years teaching experience. Most importantly, I am Mum to two beautiful little girls!
