That’s a wrap! Today THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride will welcome its last group of believers on board for Christmas 2024! Thank you to everyone who joined us this year, for donning your festive pyjamas, taking part, and embracing the magic of the season. 🚂

From Golden Tickets to the first sip of hot chocolate, and the wonder of meeting Santa himself on board, every moment was filled with holiday cheer. We are truly grateful for everyone that made this experience part of their Christmas tradition!

This year’s journey wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible dedication of our staff, performers, and volunteers, who brought the story to life with so much heart and enthusiasm. A special shout-out to our chefs, the conductor, and the mysterious hobo for making the train ride unforgettable!

We are aware of the latest weather warning of wind and rain for this weekend, we currently plan to continue to run the trains but please be aware that weather disruptions may cause delays.

Please plan your journey ahead of time and leave plenty of time to get to us and before leaving make sure to check our social media pages and your email for any updates. Please note, if is there is no further update the trains will be running as usual. For customers with ticket protection please also note that your protection only covers red weather warnings.

If you didn't choose this option or they don't arrive in time for your experience these can be picked up free of charge on the day of your experience from customer services or on board the train. 🎫
