The next few weeks we are going to introduce you to the team behind Chapters 🏝️

Meet Morgan (Morgs), Chapters Cafe Manager 👑
She’s not always on site, but we can guarantee she’s running around somewhere whether it’s the Golf Club, a Wedding, or working in a castle 🏰

☕ Favourite drink: Black Americano (although she will call it a Long Black)

🍰 Sweet or savoury: ooo tough one, probably sweet

🎶 Karaoke song: The Gambler, Kenny Rogers

🐶 Dogs or cats: Dogs always - will probably find me talking to them more than humans

🌍 Dream holiday: I’ve been lucky enough to visit some pretty cool places, but anywhere with a sunshine is good for me

💐 Hobbies: I play rugby, and hit the gym most days too.. doesn’t mean I enjoy it though right?? 😅😂

🥳 Favourite thing to do on a day off: what’s a day off?! 🤭 naaaa joking, I love being outdoors, spending time with my loved ones ❤️

What a weekend 😍😍

We absolutely love spending time at Birkhill Castle, and especially when the weather shows up for us ☀️☀️

For Stephs big 50th, her and her friends from all over the world gathered at the Castle for a weekend of loving like royalty 🥂👑

From Oysters and Champagne on the beach, to a 4 course sit down meal (giving Beauty and the Beast vibes), the full weekend was filled with laughter, love and of course a lot of drinking 🥂🥂

Today we welcome another group of guests to the castle and we look forward to whatever fun they bring 👑🌟🏰

First week of many at Birkhill Castle complete 🏰🏰

Located just outside Cupar, this venue is perfect for families and friends to relax, spend time outdoors and enjoy being treated like Royalty throughout their stay 👑

We love spending time at the Castle with our good friend Thiabault, putting on the best catering experience for the guests depending on their personal requests for their stay 🥳

Kieran’s personal favourite part of the stay is getting to invite everyone to dinner by making as much noise as possible .. 😅

We look forward to welcoming our next group of guests this afternoon 🥂

✨ On Saturday, we had the pleasure of catering the wedding of our friends Josh & Harriet from JDS Gardening Edinburgh at the stunning macplants✨

A fantastic day celebrating with family and friends, and we’re delighted to have been part of such a special occasion of and 💃🕺🏻

It was great to work alongside Lyndsay from clementineweddings whose attention to detail helped make the day run seamlessly 🥂

Flowers and event styling by Kayleigh and the team flowersbykdm 💐

The stunning setting was completed with a beautiful marquee supplied by shades_canvas creating the perfect atmosphere for the celebrations 💒

Another massive week for the team at East Coast 🌟

Last Wednesday we opened our very first cafe, Chapters in Longniddry 😍

On Thursday our new van got sign written, and is looking preeeeettty good 👀

And on Saturday we hosted a Day Time party at our venue in Winchburgh 💃🍾🍻
