🏉 A little look back at an incredible weekend at the Melrose Sevens…

A week or so may have passed, but we're still reflecting on what a fantastic event it was. From the electric atmosphere and world-class rugby to the thousands of supporters who packed into The Greenyards, Melrose Sevens once again delivered a weekend to remember. ✨

Our team was proud to play a part behind the scenes, delivering hospitality across the event and keeping over 600 players and 150 volunteers fuelled throughout the tournament. 🍽️💪

As always, it was a huge team effort, and we're incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make the weekend such a success.

And of course, a special mention to Eden Coffee House, which was kept busy throughout the weekend welcoming visitors, players, and supporters alike. ☕💛

This August, from the 3rd to the 30th, we’ll be joining Edinburgh’s largest Art, Craft & Design Fair with our very own pop-up café.

Set within the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the West End Fair showcases over 120 independent makers — and we’ll be there serving up fresh, delicious food throughout. ☕🥐

We’re looking for a part-time driver to join our logistics team and help deliver the high-quality service Saltire Hospitality is known for. 🍽️

This role is a huge part of keeping everything moving behind the scenes, from ensuring deliveries arrive on time to helping maintain the quality and service our clients expect.

✨ What we’re looking for:
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Delivery experience preferred (hospitality experience beneficial but not essential)

🕒 Flexible hours across 7 days
📍 15–30 hours per week
💷 Real Living Wage employer

April has seen another busy and exciting month across Saltire Hospitality ✨

From welcoming couples to wedding showcases at Glencorse House and Dunglass Estate 💍, to delivering unforgettable hospitality at The Perth Festival 🏇, it’s been fantastic to see our team bringing so many events and experiences to life.

Our cafés Eden Coffee House & Ochiltree's Cafe, Abbotsford have continued serving up fresh spring favourites 🌿, while Saltire Patisserie has been busy baking everything from Easter treats to the return of our much-loved Saltire buns 🥖🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We’ve also loved supporting unique dining experiences at the iconic Rosslyn Chapel 🌙, gearing up for a huge summer at Knockhill Racing Circuit 🏁, and preparing for the return of the legendary Melrose Sevens 🏉

A huge welcome as well to Brian, our new Executive Chef 👨‍🍳 and a massive congratulations to our very own Robbie & Shannon on their wedding day 🤍
