Ceremonies at Riddle's Court 💐

Wondering about our venue capacity for ceremonies? Here's a guide for all of our gorgeous rooms:

Geddes Ceremony - this beautiful wood panelled room embellished with a stunning 19th century ceiling can host 60 guests comfortably with room for a live musician. The max capacity for this space is 70 guests.

Library Ceremony - this spacious room illuminated by natural light from its grand windows and decorated with marvellous chandeliers can also be used as a ceremony space. The Library can host up to 80 guests for a ceremony.

Seton Ceremony - this intimate room featuring stunning window booths and a 17th century ceiling with magnificent plasterwork is perfect for elopements and micro ceremonies with a capacity of 15 guests.

Real-life weddings at Riddle's Court ♥️

Matt and James tied the knot at Riddle's Court Last December accompanied by friends and family who travelled far and wide to celebrate their special day. Their beautiful and moving ceremony was held in the Geddes room beneath our stunning 19th Century ceiling. Their party of 40 then enjoyed some drinks and canapes provided by Culinarians during the reception held between the Seton and Geddes rooms.

Their day was filled with love, joy and laughter and we were so pleased to have been chosen as their dream venue. 💕

Real-life weddings at Riddle's Court 💕

Emily and Gregor tied the knot at Riddle's Court last October accompanied by their family and loved ones. Their beautiful ceremony in the Geddes room was followed by a lively drinks reception held in both the Geddes, and the adjoining Seton room. The space was embellished with gorgeous florals from Pollination Flowers and Plants and leaned into the Autumnal tones of the rooms. 🍁

The day was filled with love, laughter and light and we are thrilled that this gorgeous couple chose to celebrate their big day at Riddle's Court, Edinburgh !
