Thank you to everyone who joined us for Christmas lunch today 🎄

Here’s what they ate ….
🍴 Haggis bonbon, turnip puree, peppercorn sauce
🍴 Seared Oban Scallop, curried cauliflower puree, golden raisin, samphire
🍴 Scottish Raspberry and Chambord sorbet, mint gremolata
🍴 Turkey breast ballotine stuffed with apricot and thyme, goose fat fondant, creamed sprouts, truffle roasted root veg

Happy Friday! Today is the start of the festivities here at Turnhouse. All the decs are up and the club house is looking all Christmassy! Booking are still being taken for festive lunches quite a few dates full but there is still some availability.
