In these dark days, we’re all looking for the light…Today, we’d like to point you all to it…Light under a lampshade.

The warm glow emanating from the tracks on These Wicked Rivers brand new album, ‘Fire and Folklore’ truly sets ablaze the heart and the soul.

It includes the effortlessly uplifting new single, ‘Rise’ - the accompanying video of which was directed by the chap who shot ‘November Rain’. And while it doesn’t feature Stephanie Seymour its beauty still burns bright, like a campfire outside an RV (which does feature!)

This album shouts loud that this is their time. Get yourself acquainted with one of the finest authentic rock albums you’ll hear this year. Who knows where those lampshades will shine.

The very best of everything to this man…

Kris Barras has never done anything by halves…

You’re probably all aware by now that he’s decided his upcoming tour with the band will be his last.

We’d like to take this opportunity to wish him well in his future endeavours. Whatever is next, he’ll meet it head on and dive into it with everything he’s got…And that’s a lot.

If you can go and see him on this final tour, then you simply must. What a momentous celebration it will be.

And Kris, don’t be a stranger…Your Steelhouse 2023 Friday headline performance was huge and you’ll always be welcome with open arms on this Mountain.

Loving these shots of Greta Valenti fronting the unstoppable Beaux Gris Gris & The Apocalypse at SHXV. What a firecracker and what a performance.

These are pretty breathtaking all round.

Today we salute the one and only, Glenn Hughes.

Quite rightly, health takes pole position and upon the news of his retirement from touring and live work, we want to wish him all the very best and thank him for giving us all so many incredible musical moments and of course for sharing ‘that voice’.

He came to STEELHOUSE in 2018 as a hero of ours, he left as a friend of the festival and whilst he was with us, created one of the great STEELHOUSE moments.

On this day we thought it apt to remind you all of this again - Glenn Hughes, Myles Kennedy ‘Highway Star’.

The vocal abilities here are nuts.

God Speed, health and happiness to you, the absolute GOAT

If nothing else just watch the guitar solo, if that doesn't make yo...

Hey Tate, you’ve nailed it. You bottled the magic and turned it into cyber ink. Thanks x

There's so much I could say about Steelhouse. You're not just the first festival I ever attended; it was the first time I ever got to witness live music in person and boy was that special. The first chords echoing through open air, the first crowd singing as one, the first feeling that music could b...
