On Friday 22 May, 19 fantastic teams joined us at East Horton Golf Club for The Elizabeth Foundation’s 18th Annual Charity Golf Day to compete for the Jones and Young Trophy.
From the first bacon rolls of the morning to the final draw of our grand raffle, the day was filled with laughter, good old competition, and an incredible sense of community. With glorious sunshine, a stunning course, and wonderful company throughout, it was a truly special occasion.
We have been overwhelmed by the generosity, kindness, and support shown by everyone who took part. To our golfers, sponsors, prize donors, and amazing volunteers– thank you. Events like this simply wouldn’t be possible without people who are willing to give their time, resources, and energy to help make a difference.
Thanks to your incredible support, we are delighted to share that this year’s event raised an amazing £7,000!
These vital funds will help us continue providing specialist education and support for deaf children and their families, empowering them to develop the listening and spoken language skills they need to thrive.
A special thank you goes to our headline sponsor, Eight Financial Advice, who helped take this year’s event to the next level. We are incredibly grateful for your continued support.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to all of our fantastic sponsors and supporters:
