Morning everyone,

I just wanted to reach out and ask about continuing the coffee mornings?!

The last one I held only had one mum and baby attend… I love seeing people but I am also back working full time for the ambulance service, part time as a travel agent and mum-ming in between.

So would like to know if people would like me to carry on or not.

I’m not asking for permanent commitment, just an interest.

Motherhood is hard, motherhood is lonely, navigating the different stages can be tough. The idea of little beans, big dreams is to create a community that means you aren’t doing it all alone. Offering you a network, plus the addition of professional people that can offer help with the different stages:

Post partum
Weaning

Feeding in general

The Benefits of Baby Massage

Baby massage is a holistic way to try and support your baby with any discomforts they may face.

Gentle massage can help relieve baby of trapped wind, constipation, support digestion and can help with Colic.

Many research studies have been conducted on infant massage. Including one by Underdown (2006) at The University of Warwick. This study concluded that babies who experienced regular massage slept better and cried less. Babies who received massage also had lower Cortisol "stress hormones".

The Benefits of massage also extend to mums, it is a wonderful bonding experience to massage your baby. A study in 2002 by the Imperial College London, found that in mums with postnatal depression symptoms, massage classes significantly improved symptoms and enhanced the mother and baby bond.

Baby Spa Sessions

Our baby spa events are the perfect way to bond with your baby.

Start the session with a welcome drink and sweet treat for mum.

You will then enjoy a magical sensory bath experience with your baby. Under our beautiful galaxy lights baby will have lots of sensory experiences.

There will be plenty of opportunities to capture beautiful photos and should you wish, we are happy to tale photos of you and your baby.

We will end the session with a massage experience guided by our qualified baby massage instructor,

At each session robes, towels, headbands (bow or plain) and all necessary equipment is provided. Should you wish to bring your own robes, towels or massage oil/ lotion, please feel free to do so.
