Here at Valley Buffets we love a good wedding!

The Bride & Groom were fantastic to work with, and needed little guidance as to what would suit the vision of their special day.

We provided a BBQ cooked fresh at the venue by Chef Jo, and served by Sophie and their lovely team member Natalie. As always the team at the Fleming park bowling club function room were helpful and supportive, we love an event with you guys!

This included burgers, sausages and piri piri chicken skewers which were fantastic quality as always provided by Smiths Butchers and Oven Door Bakery Eastleigh. The meat was accompanied by homemade salads and freshly baked bread rolls. This was followed by homemade chocolate brownies or Eton Mess.

For the evening guests our loading station had its debut performance. The Bride & Groom chose to load Nachos with homemade chilli, cheese, jalepenos, American cheese sauce, guacamole, salsa and sour cream.

We had a blast catering for this wedding and wish the newly weds, Mr & Mrs Houghton all the very best for the future.

It’s been a while since we posted as we’ve been super busy here at Valley Buffets HQ. Our lovely customers sure are busy celebrating and we love playing our part, providing high quality buffets, afternoon teas, graze boards, BBQ’s and hot food bars.

Today we created a gorgeous graze board for a lovely lady and her birthday celebrations at home. Happy 40th birthday Vicki, we hope you, your family and your friends enjoy celebrating with you.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of providing a buffet, graze and dessert graze board for a wedding in Hedge End.

The customer was very specific about what they wanted, and found this so much easier with us than other caterers they’d received quotes from. We offer a totally bespoke service which allows our customers to have exactly the food they want, rather than having to choose generic menus or pick items from different options lists.

Having said that, we are always happy to offer advice or to provide menu ideas fit for your occasion. We totally understand how overwhelming all the decision making can be when organising an event.

The cake was gluten free with a vanilla and raspberry sponge and white chocolate and raspberry cupcakes. This was provided by Cakes by Victoria Ltd This was the first time we’d met Victoria and we hope to work with her again soon.
