It’s a big milestone and it’s normal for little ones (and parents!) to feel wobbly. Here are 3 simple things that can help:
✨ Talk about nursery in a positive way – share all the fun things they’ll do.
✨ Practice short separations – even leaving them with a grandparent for an hour can help.

Happyjacks runs weekly gymnastics based classes for 6mths-4yr olds, drop in & play sessions for under 5’s and Gym Play sessions for 1.5yr olds-5yr olds along with hiring soft play for parties and other occasions.

Happyjacks also runs Shinewater Gymnastics Club for 4yr olds-12yr olds at Shinewater Sports Centre, for Eastbourne Borough Council.

We provide professional soft play and mini gymnastics equipment on a fully matted area. Our various sessions and equipment encourages your children to use their imagination and at the same time furthering their social skills and co-ordination through play. With Happyjacks Soft Play we can also bring the fun to you where you can keep an eye on your children and feel much more relaxed at the same time, whatever the occasion!
