PUBLIC NOTICE: Event
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS PARKING AVAILABLE IN KINGSMERE FOR A LIMITED AMOUNT OF CARS PLEASE USE SIDE ROADS AND CAR PARKS DIRECTED BY OUR MARSHALS/ STEWARDS. ONCE THIS IS FULL PLEASE USE ASDA AND WALK THROUGH TO EASTBOURNE WINTER WONDERLAND (Please be respectful to the residents)
KEEPING YOU COVID SAFE!
Your health and safety remains our priority and we’re working closely with local authorities to ensure we are implementing all necessary health and safety measures. Expect more space for social distancing, sanitiser stations, extra precautionary safety measures in place and plenty of festive cheer! Please note if we do need to make a few more tweaks to the event, we’ll keep you updated
along the way.

Public safety is always our priority and we are doing all we can to keep people safe at our venue. Doors will open at 12pm and we are asking all customers to arrive at the Arena in plenty of time and and to keep personal items to an absolute minimum.”
All customers will be screened upon arrival, and all bags will be searched please try and keep personal belongings to the minimum.
NO ALCOHOL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE EVENT THE SECURITY WILL BE INFORMED AND YOU WILL BE ESCORTED OUT.
DRUGS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
The dealing in or use of illegal drugs is not condoned by Eastbourne Winter Wonderland. Drug enforcement laws are as applicable on site as any where else in the country. Police officers will be on site and will deal with drug offences in accordance with national guidelines. If you deal in drugs, it is likely that you will be arrested. Neither anti-social nor illegal behaviour will be tolerated and participants will leave themselves liable for eviction from the site.
LOST CHILDREN
Big crowds can be daunting for children, to avoid separating from them, give your kids the same advice you would if you were anywhere else: don’t go off with strangers or anyone without telling you first. If they get lost, have them ask for help from a policeman, a security steward, any staff with a radio, another adult with children, our safety point will be NEXT TO ARE Stage crew.
Your safety is our priority so please work with all staff members and remember our ethos is family. Please enjoy the day and we hope everyone has a great day with us at Eastbourne Winter Wonderland.
