Not often we post (with permission) floral tributes.

More than flowers are the chosen florist of a number of local funeral directors and we are so grateful for the trust placed in us to provide tributes that reflect a person, their life and on their final journey.

Hopefully helping the most difficult of days proceed as well as such an occasion possibly can.

A privilege that cannot be easily put into words.

Providing the floral tributes for Tony such an honour and when my other half is leading the celebration of a good man’s life it makes it so special.

To celebrate the life of the Gentleman behind me, Tony Sherburn who I have known since first moving to Retford was so humbling.
As you can see Tony was such a dapper gent and it was only fitting I tried to follow suit but nobody rocked a tux like him.

Those stories shared recalling his 85 years leaving many smiles for those who knew a genuinely good man and respected member of the community.

Thank you to Hancock Funeral Directors for the care and professionalism caring for our friend.

To you Tony, such a pleasure to have known you.
