At Dirty Chicks, we’re all about bringing authentic Middle Eastern hummus culture to your plate — and here’s something you might not know…

The Dirty Chicks have had a little served break, but enough resting… the hummus is calling! 😂

This one is extra exciting because it’s our BINGHAM DEBUT! 🙌

We’re joining a brilliant bunch of local farmers, makers, bakers and artisan producers — and we’re bringing the hummus.

Our famous hummus bowls are BACK, loaded with your choice of:

🐑 Beautifully spiced lamb
🍆 Burnt aubergine & harissa 🌱

And then come all the good bits…

🍺 OUT OF KITCHEN ✈️

For once, the only thing we’re serving this morning is ourselves a well-earned airport pint.

The first seven months of 2026 have been an incredible ride.

Dirty Chicks has travelled across the Midlands, serving customers at markets, festivals and community events from Glastonbudget and Feed Your Face-tival to The Stalls, AMFF Markets, Ruddington Village Market, Brookfest, East Leake Musical Extravaganza and many more.

Stay Saucy has continued to grow through local markets, The Cottage Industry has kept homes stocked with handcrafted pies and local pubs filled for Pie Nights, and Repleat Catering has had the privilege of catering weddings, celebrations and supporting families through life’s more difficult moments.

To every customer who has bought from us, booked us, recommended us or simply stopped by for a chat… thank you. Your support means everything to us and allows us to keep doing what we love.

Now it’s time to swap the chef whites for shorts, recharge the batteries and spend some quality time with our families.

We’ll be Out of Kitchen until Wednesday 13th August, so messages and emails may take a little longer than usual. We’ll get back to everyone as soon as we can.

See you in a couple of weeks… refreshed, recharged and ready for the second half of the year.

🎶 We’re bringing authentic Middle Eastern flavours to Music Extravaganza 4! 🎶

We’re delighted to be catering at this year’s Music Extravaganza at East Leake Village Hall on Friday 25th July, supporting what promises to be a fantastic evening of live music while helping raise funds for the Village Hall.

This isn’t your usual street food setup…

As you’ll be seated for the evening’s performances, we’re serving our authentic Middle Eastern hummus bowls just as they’re enjoyed across the Middle East - where hummus is the star of the meal, not just something lurking at the back of the fridge waiting for a carrot stick!

Each bowl starts with our silky-smooth handmade hummus and is served with warm flatbreads for scooping, because that’s exactly how it’s meant to be enjoyed.

Choose from:

🐔 Slow-pulled chicken
🐑 Beautifully spiced lamb
🍆 Burnt aubergine with harissa (vegan)

With vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, there’s something for everyone.

🎵 Not coming to the concert? No problem!

We’ll be set up outside the Village Hall from 6:00pm, so you don’t need a ticket to enjoy our food. Whether you’re heading to the event, passing by, or simply fancy treating yourself to dinner, come and grab a bowl of authentic hummus. We’d love to see you.
