RETURNS POLICY Non seasonal goods must be returned within 7 days for exchange or refund. There are no refunds on Seasonal goods and Costumes, they can be returned for an exchange or credit note only, within 48hrs of purchase. All returns must be unused, in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, along with proof of purchase. Should one of our balloons be faulty or go down within 48hrs,
you may return it to be repaired/reinflated as 1st option and replaced as 2nd option. This does not apply to balloons that burst, we will replace these at 50% of the cost if returned within 48hrs.
