Hops and Bubbles with The Buffalo Burger Company.... what a perfect combination

Hurst Green's finest band One Eyed Jack will be fulfilling their life long ambition of playing at St Agatha's Hall on Saturday 15th February at "The Ball in the Hall".

If you haven't seen them before (you must have done?), they play a range of classic rock covers rather well and are guaranteed to get you on your feet and dancing.

Some have likened them to Fleetwood Mac. Not only for their musical talent, but the number of lineup changes they've had over the years.

In addition to the music, Hops & Bubbles Bar Hire will be there with a huge range of beverages, and The Buffalo Burger Company will be serving some of the best food around!

Tickets are just £7 each in advance (£10 on the door if there are any left) with a huge chunk of the cash going to St Silvans Area Charity who do some amazing work helping families in the local area.

It's going to be an epic night, so grab your tickets from Steve Walker, Keith Daniel Forehead, Simon Istead, Judy Whittaker or Dan Roberts.

If its good enough for Alex James and Stephen Fry!.... And so our first endeavour in making cheese, Halloumi here in the Fairlight Kitchens - and its not just edible, it's actually rather good - We're a little off the industrial quantities needed for events, but its a start.

However, to extend our Vegetarian range, as of February, we have Bhaji Burgers on the menu - Bhaji in a soft roll, on lettuce, lashings of Mango Chutney and Mayo with (optional) sliced Gherkin - Next best thing to Buffalo!
