Run workshops, classes or small-group events?

If you’re starting to plan your Christmas or winter programme, Durham Woodland Workspace is available for private hire.

We can picture wreath making here rather beautifully, but the space could work for all sorts of small-group creative and facilitated sessions.

You get:

• a warm, light main room with flexible tables and seating
• two breakout rooms
• kitchen facilities
• parking
• projector, screen and large whiteboard
• tea and coffee
• woodland surroundings that already do quite a lot of the decorating for you

Private hire is £75 for a half day or £125 for a full day, and weekend bookings are available.

We provide the venue. You bring your workshop, your customers and your expertise.

What does £125 actually get your team for a day?

The whole of Durham Woodland Workspace.

Not one meeting room with people walking past the door. The space is yours for the day.

You get:

• our main room for up to 15 people
• two separate breakout rooms
• flexible tables and seating
• large whiteboard, projector and screen
• reliable WiFi
• kitchen facilities
• unlimited tea and coffee
• on-site parking
• the woodland right outside when everybody needs some air

It works particularly well for team days, strategy sessions, training, workshops, facilitated sessions and planning days.

Half-day private hire is £75 and a full day is £125.

Working from home is great until you realise you haven’t spoken to another human being all day and the washing machine has somehow become your main colleague.

Our co-working days run every Tuesday and Thursday at Durham Woodland Workspace.

It’s £15 for the full day, 8.30am to 5.30pm. You get good WiFi, a warm workspace, unlimited loose-leaf tea, herbal infusions and filter coffee, and other people around without the noise and interruptions of a busy office.

As one of our co-workers put it:
