✨ A Little Reminder About Deposits ✨

As we head into one of the busiest times of the year, I just wanted to explain why deposits are so important when booking your balloons with Cloud Nine Creations Co. 🎈

All orders require a deposit to secure your booking. I do not order stock for your balloons until a deposit has been received, as many items are personalised and ordered specifically for your display.

Some stock can take between 7-10 days to arrive, so leaving bookings until the last minute may mean I cannot guarantee availability.

Unfortunately, due to the volume of enquiries and orders I receive, I cannot reserve dates, colours, themes, or stock without a deposit. Your deposit secures your space in my diary and allows me to order everything needed to create your balloons.

📅 If you have a birthday, baby shower, wedding, Christmas event, or special occasion coming up, please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
