hi everyone, my diary is now open and i will be taking orders again! 💖

i will however be making some slight changes.
every booking will require a deposit (amount dependent on order), there is no exceptions with this, if the deposit is not paid I will assume you are no longer wanting to go ahead with your order.
as balloons are ordered well in advance, if you request to change your order I will not always be able to accommodate this, if I already have your balloons I will not accept any changes.
my diary is limited so book in early to avoid disappointment.
seasonal balloons will be on a requested basis and i will not be advertising specific designs, please request and book in as normal.
any last minute cancellations will not be welcome to order from me again.
