A big thank you to all our guests. A very interesting venue with lots of space to play in.

Got reasonable responses with all call outs and good communication with Oiuja board, dowsing rods and spirit box.
The best part of the night had to be the long session we had with the estes method and yes/no buttons.
All guests joined in well and enjoyed their experience.

Hello,
I'm Micky.
My interest in the Paranormal began, possibly like many other people, with on TV. There was nothing like it anywhere else on TV at that time.
I think the first one I watched was around about 2004 / 5. I then got an interest in staying at some of the venues they had investigated. The Schooner Hotel, Alnmouth - , Golden Fleece - , Black Swan - York, Busby Stoop Inn - , Manor House - to mention a few, just to see for myself if it was a experience, and to my surprise I got a few frights along the way.
My journeys also prompted me to look online for Paranormal groups which was where I found Spirit Seekers.
The first venue I can recall with them was at Scaling Dam (now the Jack and Jill), around 2007 / 8.
I have been with Spirit Seekers ever since, with probably over 200 investigations and many experiences.
I became a Team member in October 2019 and am still awaiting my first full apparition to "ice the cake" But I wont stop there!
My favourite way to try and communicate with Spirit has to be the as it directly involves the customers with fascinating results.

Hi, I'm Dani Thompson,
My fascination with the paranormal began at a young age, much like many others, after watching Scooby-Doo for the very first time. There was something about ghosts, mystery and the unknown that completely captured my imagination and that curiosity has stayed with me ever since.

As I grew older, that childhood intrigue turned into a real passion for the paranormal. I’ve always been drawn to haunted locations and the stories behind them, and I love exploring places where history and mystery collide. Whether it’s an old building with a dark past or somewhere known for unexplained activity, I’m always eager to experience it for myself and see what might happen.

In the past, I’ve also been lucky enough to present celebrity ghost hunts for Gorezone Magazine, diving even deeper into the world of the supernatural with some familiar faces. I also had my own column, Dani’s Deadly Die-ary, in Haunted Magazine, where I shared my experiences, thoughts and all things eerie.

Alongside my interest in the paranormal, I work as a horror actress, which feels like the perfect fit. Being part of the horror world allows me to combine my love for fear, storytelling and the supernatural in a creative way. From being on set to stepping into eerie environments, it all feeds into that same passion.

When I’m not visiting haunted locations or working in horror, I’m always on the lookout for the next chilling experience, because for me, the unknown is where the excitement really begins.
