Officially made my first human error at the weekend with a mix up in dates for a booking, customer gave me the date and I booked the wrong date for it.

Received a message on Sunday regarding the delivery on the Monday, I was delivering on the 18th 🙈 less than 24 hours and I still pulled it off, called in the troups and smashed it, only to discover a flat tyre.

Buffet delivered on time followed by another glowing review.

Mistakes are made we only human, we move on 👏👏

I’ve been slightly quieter than usual on social media lately, I simply have been functioning on the sun & fresh air, I loads of bookings in the next few coming months so I’ve reached for my passport again and making the most of a few days away, still making the most of this turning 50 carry on, this time we also have a belated 18th to celebrate too 💃💃.

Thank you all once again for keeping me busy, a fantastic review I’ve received below, forever grateful, hard work does pay off.

Sorry we’ve been so quiet lately, as many know my son married last week so to say it’s been a little hectic is an understatement 🙈.

Those that have events booked I will be in touch very soon, thank you for allowing me time to concentrate on the wedding.

Something exciting is happening, teaming up with All in Bloom to accommodate their new Hen party packages ⛪️. More details are below.

A busy bank holiday weekend & a hot one in the kitchen 🥵🥵.

One of my bookings this weekend was an open door event for family to celebrate their m**s 80th birthday, upon arrival I was greeted by the family and the birthday girl herself, standing there looking very glamorous at 80 with her birthday sash.

Once I was ready to leave I asked if she had any other plans, she was heading to Bubbles and Bites Ch*****ne and Cocktail Bar for a pina colada 🍹( or 2) this made me smile for the rest of the weekend 😊

A buffet recently done for a lovely man 🤍who sadly is no longer with us. Being close family friends, I knew just what the family wanted with them given me very little ideas to work with other than no hot dogs or cheese, a must was carrot cake and maybe something hot, today I received this message to my inbox, so happy the family were happy with the food & service they received.

Absolutely grafted my backside off this week, 6 buffets in 4 days & managing to juggle everyday life with hurdles in the way.

I’ve also received a lot of tags & mentions lately, recommendations when people are asking about catering, I am forever grateful for this, thank you so much 😊

Apologies for being so quiet lately, I need 48 hours in a day at the minute.

I spent yesterday afternoon catching up on bookings and confirming orders, if I have missed you please send another message while I have my diary out.

Please can I state that I don’t have the time to be constantly messaging for out standing balances to be paid, the criteria is stated when booking catering, if the remaining balance is not paid when due your booking will not go ahead.

I hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend ( my day has been terrible, the joys of following football )
