🍪 Empire Biscuits with Homemade Blackberry Jam
A Scottish classic — buttery shortbread biscuits sandwiched with our own blackberry jam, finished with icing and a cherry.

🐟 Breaded Haddock Goujons
Crisp golden haddock strips, served with tangy tartare sauce and fresh lemon wedges.

We’re often asked if we really make everything we sell… and the answer is YES! 👩‍🍳 🧑‍🍳
It takes late nights and early mornings before we even open, but we love it. We are both chefs and wanted to try something different this Summer with our pop - up trailer, instead of being stuck in a hot kitchen to enjoy the sun and meet all you lovely people. ☀️

The food we serve is exactly what we love to eat and share with our own friends and family — and now we get to share it with you. ❤️
