Elevating Connections & Crafting Moments in Malta

Last week, Abbie & Shauna had the pleasure of hosting an unforgettable client kick-off conference on the beautiful island of Malta. Based at the Radisson Blu St. Julian’s Bay, the group enjoyed four productive days of meetings paired with opportunities to unwind, explore, and experience the best of Maltese hospitality.

Tuesday offered the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, with guests indulging in rejuvenating spa sessions, taking part in a friendly padel competition, and heading out to discover Malta’s striking natural landscapes. These shared experiences added depth to the week and created meaningful moments beyond the meeting room.

The island’s vibrant culinary scene was another highlight. On Tuesday evening, guests dined at the renowned San Giuliano, followed later in the week by a wonderful dinner at Sole by Tarragon, both showcasing the exceptional flavours that Malta has to offer.

The event was an amazing opportunity to highlight the power of combining business with authentic destination experiences. Abie and Shaune are returning to the office inspired, connected, and excited to continue curating extraordinary events for our clients across the globe.

Expanding Knowledge, Connections & Global Insight at IBTM Barcelona 🌍

This week, Hollie had the opportunity to attend IBTM Barcelona, one of the industry’s leading global events for meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions. Held at the Fira, the show brought together destinations, suppliers and event professionals from around the world and offered an invaluable platform for learning, networking and inspiration.

The week began with a well-curated pre-fam trip hosted by the fantastic 8th Floor team, during which she explored standout hotels and participated in immersive activities, including hands-on cooking classes. Experiencing destinations first-hand is a crucial part of how we elevate our event recommendations, and this experience provided exactly the insight we aim to share with our clients.

Across three days on the show floor, she met with exceptional suppliers, discovered innovative venues, and gathered fresh ideas that will directly benefit our clients future events, both in the UK and internationally. The evening networking events included a brilliant night at COYA in the W Barcelona, which offered further opportunities to connect with industry partners, old and new.

IBTM once again reinforced the value of global collaboration and continuous learning within our industry. We’re excited to bring this new knowledge back to the team and look forward to turning these insights into exceptional event experiences for our clients in 2026.

From client events up and down the country to fam trips and Experience Chew showcases, it’s been all go! Matt travelled to New Orleans and Las Vegas to expand our global knowledge. At the same time, back home, the team delivered flawless corporate events, celebrated a birthday, and finished the month with an away day at Coppid Beech Hotel.
