Abbie was recently on site in Seville, delivering a four-day company offsite for 80 guests, combining productive sessions with memorable experiences that showcased the very best of this vibrant city.
 
The programme began with a dedicated Leadership Team day for 10 guests, who explored Seville, enjoyed a guided tapas tour and experienced an exceptional dinner at a renowned restaurant in the Louisa district.
 
The team stayed at Only YOU Hotel Sevilla, which provided the perfect base for the programme.
 
The itinerary was carefully designed to balance connection, culture and creativity. The experience began with an exclusive rooftop evening, offering stunning views across the city. On the second evening, guests were transported by 14 vintage cars to an exclusive hire of a restaurant courtyard with beautiful surroundings and traditional Spanish decor, complete with an unforgettable flamenco performance.
 
During the programme, attendees explored Seville through a cycling tour, a guided walking tour and a collaborative canvas creation session, all designed to bring the group together in a meaningful and engaging way.
 
The offsite concluded with a farewell lunch by the river, providing the perfect ending to four fantastic days.
 
Offsite events like this are a great reminder of how the right destination, thoughtful experiences and seamless delivery can strengthen relationships and leave a lasting impression.

April at Chew

April was another busy month for the Chew team.

From events and site visits to team days and international fam trips, it’s been a month packed with planning, delivery and plenty of miles covered along the way.

Matt enjoyed a fantastic fam trip across Asia, exploring some incredible destinations and venues. At the same time, back in the UK, the team continued to deliver several standout events throughout the month, including a brilliant event at The Ned.

A special shout-out also goes to El, who took on the London Marathon and absolutely smashed it. Everyone at Chew is incredibly proud 👏

A huge team effort all round and a strong month to continue building momentum into summer.

The Chew team is growing, and we’re looking for our next Events Executive to join us.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a passion for events to be part of a fast-paced, creative team delivering projects across the UK and internationally. From venue sourcing and client proposals to on-site delivery and building relationships, this role offers real variety and the chance to be involved in every stage of the event journey.

At Chew, no two days are the same. One day you could be researching venues and building proposals, the next you could be on-site supporting an event, attending a client meeting, or heading out on a FAM trip to explore new destinations.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused, confident in communicating with clients and suppliers, and genuinely excited about building a career in the events industry.

Chew enjoyed a fantastic experience at Hilton St George’s Park this week.

As a huge football fan, it was Rich’s pleasure to participate in a new joint scheme by Hilton and the FA to combine expertise to offer a unique ‘Starting Line Up’ experience. This combines the fantastic event, catering and accommodation facilities at the Hilton with the FA facilities to provide guests with the opportunity to experience life as an England player out on the pitches and training facilities, followed by an inspiring Q&A with ex-England and Arsenal player, Ray Parlour. Thomas Tuchel, England manager, was at the hotel, so Rich is hoping he watched the afternoon activity session and is waiting for a late World Cup call-up!

The hotel is already being used by Chew for residential events, and we feel these additional opportunities will certainly be attractive to clients looking to offer a unique experience to attendees.

Reimagining the Expo

18 months ago, our client’s RFP asked us to reimagine the shell scheme build Expo they had been using at a flagship conference for years. We proposed the idea of ‘lounges’ and ‘zones’ and, alongside exceptional creativity from our client and their team, landed on an open-plan, dynamic Expo offering that brought a real wow-factor to the day.

Every stand type had something unique to offer; lounge areas for coffees and catch ups, workstations with chargers for delegates who want to catch up on emails, demo pods for exhibitors to present their products, game, snack, coffee, and hydration stands to enhance the delegate experience and exhibitor offering.

The Expo was a central point of the conference and the attendee feedback was fantastic. We look forward to developing the concept and building on what we learned at future events.

Chew On site at The Ned

Daisy, Rochelle, Eleanor, Connie and Shauna were back on site at The Ned for the fifth consecutive year, supporting this fantastic event.

With over 280 guests attending across the evening, the Tapestry Room was once again transformed into a space for the next generation of lawyers to connect, network and build meaningful relationships all alongside some great food in one of London’s most iconic venues.

Consistency like this doesn’t happen by chance. Supporting the same event year after year and seeing it continue to grow is something we’re incredibly proud of.

From booking AV and photography to managing set up and welcoming guests on the night, the team were there to ensure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

Chew Golf Day 2026 ⛳️

We’re excited to invite you to our Annual Chew Golf Day, taking place on Friday, 2nd October at Warley Park Golf Club, all in support of our partnered charity, Best Mates.

If you’ve been before, you’ll know this isn’t your typical charity golf day.

It’s a full day of great golf, strong connections, and plenty of fun, bringing together corporates, partners and friends of Chew to support an incredible cause.

What to expect:

09:30 – Registration & welcome fry up
11:00 – 18 holes (shotgun start)
16:00 – Drinks at the clubhouse
17:00 – BBQ dinner
18:00 – Auction & prize giving
19:00 – Entertainment until late (with transfers to the hotel)
